Some colors in our Ready to Ship pieces are newly mixed by the artist each round, so the exact shades can be hard to reproduce.
For pre-orders, we offer only our 10 main signature colors to ensure better color consistency. Thank you for understanding

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or a video of the damage and packaging for review.
• If a package is shipped and the customer fails to receive it, and we have already attempted to contact the customer but receive no response or action within the carrier’s timeframe, resulting in the parcel being discarded or destroyed by the shipping provider, we cannot be held responsible in any case.

To keep your piece in its best condition, please follow these care guidelines:

• Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity

• Gently clean dust with a soft, dry cloth

• Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals on the surface

• Handle with care to prevent scratches

If you experience any issues with the lighting system, feel free to contact us anytime. We offer lifetime free repair service for lighting problems. (For customers located far away, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
